Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience; drafting experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit and discipline-specific software.
• Advanced knowledge of residential construction techniques and building code requirements.
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow and monitor site-specific drawings and models.
• Review construction documents for quality and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and train designers on software, client standards, and workflows.
• Track project status and time using ERP and project-tracking systems.
• Support workload planning and production coordination across teams.
• Maintain Base Plan fidelity and ensure alignment with client requirements.
