Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the team at our El Segundo headquarters. You will report to the Producer and Director of Production, coordinating all aspects of E-commerce, Editorial/Campaigns, and commercial/motion shoots.

The role requires 1–2 years in production, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. You will manage call sheets, prep days, vendor paperwork, and on-set logistics to keep shoots on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years of production experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of Hot Budget is a plus.
• Experience in a studio/production environment is expected.
• Strong eye for detail and organization.
• Flexible and accountable; a collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process crew and talent timecards through the company’s payroll provider.
• Assist Production Managers and Producer throughout all production phases, including call sheets and pre-production books.
• Support planning and execution of photo and video shoots across all brands.
• Originate purchase orders and vendor paperwork (COI, rental agreements, etc).
• Schedule and maintain Outlook invitations for shoots and meetings.
• Track receipts for monthly credit card audits.
• Coordinate and oversee Production Assistants on set.
• Process and track invoices and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate logistics with building property manager and facilities.
• Track shoot logistics including travel, accommodations, catering, and trucking.
• Own shoot-wrap follow-through including returns, receipts, and file organization.
