Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our production team, focusing on sample coordination, vendor communication, and system maintenance. You will work with Production managers and global vendors to meet timelines, and you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of rapid problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in production, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with manager to issue POs, track samples and WIPs.
• Coordinate daily with domestic and international vendors to track production status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor POs, delivery dates and internal launch dates.
• Maintain and update internal tracking systems.
• Own weekly delivery updates and sample status meetings.
