Alo is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the production team with sample coordination, vendor communication, and system maintenance. You will collaborate with Production managers and global vendors to ensure timelines are met and launches run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in production coordination or related field.
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong business sense and resource optimization.
• Problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
• Decision-making with incomplete information.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manager to issue POs, track samples and manage WIPs.
• Communicate daily with domestic and international vendors to track production status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor POs, delivery dates and internal launch dates.
• Maintain and update internal tracking systems.
• Own weekly delivery updates and sample status meetings.
