Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Production Coordinator to support product data, production tracking, and cross-functional communication across apparel and lifestyle categories. Responsibilities include maintaining line plans, product information, pricing, and seasonal data in the ERP system, and supporting PO creation and supplier communication.

The role involves tracking costing, margins, UPCs, BOMs, and wholesale pricing for accuracy, and coordinating with sales, logistics, finance, and product

Qualifications

• Experience with apparel/consumer goods preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• 1+ year in fashion or consumer goods industry.
• Must communicate clearly and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line plans, product information, pricing, and seasonal data in ERP.
• Support purchase order creation and supplier communication.
• Track costing, margins, UPCs, and wholesale pricing.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and product teams to manage timelines.
• Coordinate samples, vendor requirements, and payment planning.
• Provide cross-functional communication and timely issue resolution.

Currently seeking a Production Coordinator to support product data, production tracking, and cross-functional communication across multiple apparel and lifestyle categories.

• Maintain line plans, product information, pricing, and seasonal data in the ERP system
• Support purchase order creation, supplier communication, and production status updates
• Track costing, margins, UPCs, BOMs, and wholesale pricing for accuracy
• Partner with sales, logistics, finance, and product teams to manage timelines and resolve issues
• Coordinate samples, price tickets, vendor requirements, and payment planning
• Strong Excel skills are required; apparel experience is a plus
• 1+ year corporate fashion or consumer goods experience
• Must be a quick learner who has strong communication & organization skills
