Job summary

Intradeco Apparel in Miami, FL is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee pre-production and production for assigned styles. You will coordinate with factories, manage tech packs, and ensure timely approvals on all development milestones.

The role requires a college degree, 3–5 years in apparel production, and experience with overseas vendors. Proficiency in PLM, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in apparel production.
• Experience with overseas vendors.
• Proficiency with PLM and MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with factories across product development.
• Maintain tech packs from pre-production through production.
• Ensure approvals for patterns, fits, fabrics, lab dips, trims, cartons and labels.
• Publish and maintain approval reports for each program/style.
• Create and maintain reports as directed by the Sourcing Manager.
