Job summary

Intradeco Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator in Miami to oversee pre-production and production for selected styles. You will communicate daily with factories and manage tech packs, approvals, and documentation.

The role requires 3-5 years in apparel production, knowledge of overseas vendors, and strong PLM skills. Proactive problem solving and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in apparel production.
• Knowledge of apparel production and overseas vendors.
• Technical proficiency in PLM.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to react to change.
• Strong attention to detail and follow up.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims and screen print techniques.
• Effective communicator.
• Sense of urgency to manage time and accomplish tasks.
• Proactive problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with factories about product development.
• Maintain tech pack ownership from pre-production to production.
• Ensure updates and approvals for patterns, samples and trims.
• Work with pattern makers, designers and art team to complete approvals on time.
• Maintain, update and publish approval reports for each program and style.
• Create and maintain reports as specified by Sourcing Manager.

This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in Miami, FL.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator who will oversee all aspects that apply to pre-production and production of given style.

What you will do:

• Communicate daily with factories in all aspects of product development.
• Maintain Tech pack ownership fromPre Production through production and ensuring that the factories have most updated information/standards at all times.
• Maintain and ensure that all approvals are executed for styles sold,including but not limited to, patterns, fit samples, fabric quality, lab dips, shadebands , all trim approvals including cartons and labels , PP and TOP sample approvals.Must work well with pattern makers, designers and art team to ensure all approvals are done in a timely manner.
• Maintain, update and publish approval reports for each program and style.
• Create and maintain all reports as specified by Sourcing Manager

Who you are:

• College degree preferred.
