Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking an experienced Apparel Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and oversee production timelines across multiple styles.

You will track the lifecycle of each style, coordinate color, artwork, fabrics, and PP samples, and ensure compliance with retailer requirements. Daily emails, PLM system updates, and collaboration with Design and Tech teams will be essential as you drive submits, approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a strong

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Sense of urgency and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Working knowledge of tech packs.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Coordinate with retailers for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples.
• Follow up on production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals, timelines and production status with reports like Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory.
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and relay comments to factories.
• Submit items for approval to retailers and licensors and follow up with their team.
• Ensure all testing compliance.
