Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator in Willingboro, NJ to manage repair parts within the production flow and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires clear communication with customers via phone, email, and fax to relay revised delivery expectations.

The candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and communicate delivery dates when missed across status: Awaiting Assignment, Dispatched to Technician, Being Repaired, Awaiting Parts, Parts Research, Parts Ordered, QA Further Evaluation, BER Evaluation.
• Enhance and manage customer communication regarding repair status and delivery expectations.
• Provide customers with options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required.
• Support the Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes.
• Assist with data research to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking.
