Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to review, coordinate, and expedite repair parts within the standard production flow at Willingboro, NJ. You will ensure quality, on-time delivery, and proactive customer updates by phone, email, and fax.

In this full-time on-site role, you’ll collaborate with repair, engineering, purchasing, and sales teams to manage parts status, schedule communications, and improve processes. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for various production statuses.
• Manage customer communication regarding repair status and delivery expectations.
• Provide customers with options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required.
• Manage follow-up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective action.
• Assist with data research and fact-finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking.
• Support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned.

The Production Coordinator position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and expediting repair parts within the standard production flow. This role ensures quality, on‑time delivery, and constant customer awareness throughout the repair process by communicating revised delivery expectations through phone, email, and fax as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for the following production statuses:
• Awaiting Assignment / Dispatched to Technician / Being Repaired
• Awaiting Parts / Parts Research / Parts Ordered
• QA Further Evaluation / BER Evaluation
• Enhance, improve, and manage customer communication processes regarding repair status and delivery expectations
• Ensure customers are provided with all available options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required
• Manage follow‑up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective action
• Assist with data research and fact‑finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking
• Support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Compensation & Commission

The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18–$20 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
