Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Support Associate for our St. Charles, MO location. This full-time, Monday–Friday position will support repair and production operations by coordinating workflow, tracking repairs, and liaising with technicians and production leadership to maintain on-time delivery and quality.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accurate records, communication, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in production support, operations, customer service, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
• Technical or industrial product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track repair jobs through production.
• Communicate updates and status changes to internal teams.
• Coordinate workflow between technicians, inventory, and production leadership.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for repairs.
• Assist with inventory management activities for repair and production operations.
• Ensure completion of repair orders and timely reporting of metrics.
