Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Riverside, CA is seeking a Production Assistant to support the Production department across shows and events, coordinating technical, personnel, and financial aspects, while assisting the Talent Buyer and Special Events Manager with detailed prep.

Qualifications

• Calm, professional and customer-service oriented.
• Prior production experience in an entertainment venue is required.
• Tour and stage production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and productive environment for the Production department and venue.
• Prepare and distribute daily show flash (P&L) for each event.
• Understand deal structures and the settlement process.
• Maintain department manuals and training materials for production positions.
• Train and support production staff as needed.
• Adhere to budget and track departmental finances.
• Create and maintain inventory and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate ongoing interdepartmental communication and workflows.
• Assist in scheduling staff while controlling labor costs.
• Advance technical/hospitality details for shows with the Production Manager.
