Job summary

nVent is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our Eleanor, WV production operations. You will enter ERP transactions, route production orders, and ensure accurate material and lot tracking while coordinating with project teams and QC. Strong detail orientation and Excel skills are essential.

The role emphasizes efficient data handling, cross-functional collaboration, and timely documentation to support safe, reliable electrical solutions across our global operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to provide precise documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive material consumption reports and enter transactions into ERP to reflect production activity.
• Distribute and manage production orders to correct workstations and coordinate with leads and supervisors.
• Assist with receiving, packing, and lot-tracking activities and support quality control and customer complaint registry.
