Job summary

nVent is seeking a Production Coordinator at the Eleanor, WV site to support core production processes. You will enter material consumption into ERP, manage production orders, and coordinate item flow to the correct workstations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities include reviewing BOM-related requests, assisting with quality registers, and ensuring proper lot tracking and pick-list distribution.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to provide precise documentation.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience entering data into an ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive production consumption reports from all work centers and enter into ERP.
• Distribute production orders to correct workstations and group items for processing.
• Review parts requests and issue procurement for BOMs and materials.
• Assist Quality Control with the customer complaint registry.
• Print and distribute pick lists to packing and loading, ensure lot traceability.
