Job summary

nVent is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Eleanor, West Virginia site to support the core production process. You will manage ERP-driven transactions, coordinate production orders, and ensure accurate material flow across work centers.

Strong attention to detail and adaptability to change are essential as you interact with BOM, Quality, and project teams. Ideal candidates will have solid Excel skills, experience navigating ERP systems, and excellent communication and organizational

Qualifications

Must have strong attention to detail to produce precise documents.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive material consumption reports from all work centers and enter transactions into ERP to reflect production floor activity.
Group, bag, and deliver production orders to the correct workstations on the floor.
Review parts requests and build/distribute production orders.
Receive items in ERP as directed by project managers and coordinate 3rd party site deliveries.
Collaborate with BOM and Quality to issue emergency orders as needed.
Update the customer complaint registry with Quality Control.
Print and distribute pick lists to packing/loading departments.
Verify lot control inventory is linked to the correct projects.
