Job summary

nVent is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse duties, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to sustain production schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in logistics/warehouse roles, ERP/WMS experience, and forklift certification. This on-site position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and impact in a global company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures along with inventory control.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate and timely management of materials received and dispatched.
• Operate forklift equipment per safety policy including daily lift inspections.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure accurate material handling practices.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
• Promote a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
