Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Production Expeditor in Mount Pleasant, PA to coordinate and expedite actions on materials, parts and assemblies, aligning with APS schedules to meet customer commitments.

You will release and track shop floor work orders, review schedules, manage priorities, enter ERP work orders, and collaborate with receiving and shipping to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant job experience.

Responsibilities

• Release and track shop floor work orders and packets based on Control Points and APS schedules.
• Review production schedules and related information, confer with other departments to determine part status, identify overdue, and track material/parts through production.
• Manage priorities and determine work order sequence in assigned work centers.
• Enter work orders in ERP system for each manufacturing sales order.
• Compile information from various system resources to communicate with all departments regarding work flow.
• Coordinate action plans for stalled work orders to ensure a constant flow through the production process.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping to make sure customer commitments are met.
• Interface with all departments, as needed, regarding problems or status related to work orders.
• Monitor Job Cycle Time within assigned work centers.
