The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on‑site role in Tampa, FL, moving projects from signed contract to completed installation. It builds the production schedule, places customer confirmation calls, issues production start notifications, and coordinates the crew calendar with the superintendent, adjusting around weather, inspections, and emergencies without dropping a job or surprising a customer. Permitting belongs to this seat end to end: pulling permits, tracking them through issuance and final inspection, coordinating the owner's Notice of Commencement before work begins, and serving Notices to Owner inside the statutory window. It also orders material deliveries, tracks change orders from field identification through written approval and billing, and collects daily reports, job photographs, and inspection results. Because ConstructoMax self‑performs, the schedule this role builds is the schedule our crews work.
Commercial construction experience is required and candidates without it will not be considered.
