Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage communications with factories on production matters, track the lifecycle of styles in production, and ensure compliance with retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples and testing.

You will monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and a PLM system, prepare Time and Action reports, coordinate lab dips and approvals with Design and Tech, and keep all stakeholders informed to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tech packs and apparel.
• Excellent communication with factories and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
