Job summary

Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Inc. in Texas seeks a Production Coordinator I to support operations and safety. You will perform administrative tasks, manage field service scheduling, and ensure accurate handling of orders and billing.

Responsibilities include coordinating service work, processing POs and invoices, time-entry in ADP, and ensuring technicians have credentials to access sites. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• HS Education or GED equivalent.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
• Successful completion of Channel Connect Valve University 1, 2, and 3 for assigned product vertical(s).
• Successful completion of shop orientation hours for assigned product vertical(s).
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all applicable quality standardization procedures.
• Successful completion of Technical 101 training for assigned product vertical(s).
• Successful completion of the Customer Service Soft Skills training class.
• Successful completion of the Production Coordinator I learning path in LinkedIn Learning.
• Successful completion of the level I written test for assigned product vertical(s).
• Oracle competency.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for service work and engineered product with attention to detail and timely execution.
• Coordinate field service ensuring technicians have proper credentials to enter customer sites, including scheduling Safety Council training.
• Input purchase orders for materials required to complete orders and issue POs to vendors.
• Routinely communicate with vendors to monitor delivery dates.
• Communicate with the customer regarding delays or issues with field service orders.
• Confirm PO terms match the sales order for accurate billing.
• Release lines for invoicing and attach proof of delivery to sales orders.
• Process invoices and distribute them via mail, email, or customer portal.
• Enter Field Service Report hours into ADP daily.
• Enter hours onto Field Service Man Hour Tracking Spreadsheet.
• Approve time for technicians and temps in ADP for each pay period.
• Update Contract Labor report weekly and send to corporate.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
