Job summary

Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator I to perform shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and related warehouse duties. You will assist with safety programs, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain orderly inventory per ERP procedures.

The role requires forklift certification (preferred), strong safety awareness, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime. A valid driver's license and the capacity to travel may be required depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• HS Education or GED equivalent required or preferred
• Forklift operation certification preferred
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity
• Strong safety and quality mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Background check and drug screening required
• Must be able to pass OSHA-related medical/fit tests
• Cautious, detail-oriented, and reliable
• TWIC (preferred)
• Basic OSHA Safety Training (preferred)
• Safety and quality-minded
• Ability to be forklift certified
• Attendance and punctuality required
• Knowledge of valve types and components
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift inspection and operate forklift safely
• Receive, verify, and stock inventory per ERP procedures
• Pull inventory, verify product, pack, stage and ship per procedures
• Secure loads during pickup and delivery
• Enter freight charges and ship orders
• Verify delivery tickets against orders and customer PO
• Maintain company trucks (check-in/out, maintenance, inspections)
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; report issues to supervisor
• Attend weekly trainings when scheduled
• Communicate professionally with customers as a company representative
• Operate vehicles and equipment following safety procedures
• Travel as required and adhere to driving guidelines
