Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• 1+ year as Production Coordinator I or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair jobs and engineered product schedules with customers and shop management.
• Update production board and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Track turnaround costs and weekly invoicing.
• Prepare valve specifications, material requisitions, and bid evaluations.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving manufacturing problems.
• Source and procure direct shipment, special, and rush items cost-effectively.
• Follow up on quotations and respond to customer requests.
• Identify opportunities for additional purchases by customers.
• Collaborate with sales support, Account Managers, and business development.
• Keep management informed with timely reports.
