Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and are proficient with Microsoft Office. Preference is given to those with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and a strong track record of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and material handling on shift.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance on the floor.
• Train and develop shift personnel for performance improvement.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment issues with operators.
• Monitor production schedules and allocate labor efficiently.
• Maintain production records and labor reporting.
