National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Production Controls Manager in Wisconsin to translate sales commitments into actionable work orders in NetSuite, balancing plant capacity with demand and leading KPI-driven improvements. You will align manufacturing, packaging and supply chain to keep production on time and within plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, operations management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain or production planning experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PPT); NetSuite experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize efficiency and meet demand.
• Coordinate work orders and NetSuite scheduling to match capacity and projections.
• Define due dates with Operations, Purchasing and Distribution to maximize capacity.
• Create labor planning tools to forecast headcount from demand.
• Ensure work orders and flow dates support timely completion.
• Collaborate with production when delays occur and implement corrective actions.
• Refine scheduling processes from daily feedback and learning.
• Establish KPIs to track performance and analyze production trends.
