Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations and production control.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data and utilize MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Self-directed, results-driven and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer orders/releases and amendments to meet delivery dates.
• Manages finished goods and in-process inventory levels to meet internal goals.
• Ensures scheduling system is up to date with accurate data for efficient plant loading and purchasing data.
• Maintains capacity plan and coordinates with plant engineers as needed.
• Provides schedules and accurate production documents to minimize costs and optimize use of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Manages customer and internal process changes.
• Monitors and manages obsolescence and customer balance out as required.
• Generates reports for affected personnel.
• Interfaces with all levels of the organization and external customers.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
