Job summary

Badger Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Production Scheduler / Master Scheduler for a full-time on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role owns the master production schedule, drives capacity planning, identifies bottlenecks, and improves production flow across the operation.

You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and leadership to improve on-time delivery and overall manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of production scheduling or planning experience.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP; Plex preferred.
  • Strong analytical and dashboarding abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on demand, materials, inventory, and available capacity.
  • Lead capacity planning and proactively identify production constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Partner cross-functionally to adjust schedules and keep customer commitments on track.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs around schedule adherence, capacity utilization, WIP, and on-time delivery.
  • Use root cause analysis to solve recurring scheduling and production issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce lead times, schedule changes, and production inefficiencies.

Badger Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Production Scheduler / Master Scheduler for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.

This is more than a traditional scheduling role. We're looking for someone who can own the master production schedule, drive capacity planning, identify bottlenecks, and improve how production flows across the operation. You'll work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and leadership to improve on-time delivery and overall manufacturing performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations experience
  • Proven experience developing and managing a Master Production Schedule
  • ERP/MRP experience; Plex experience highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel and production data analysis skills
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and solving complex production challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong plus
