Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management and 3+ years of related experience, plus strong ERP and Excel skills. APICS certification is a plus. This is a fulltime, on-site position in the Wisconsin network and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management and 3+ years of related experience.
• Alternative: 11 years of supply chain, planning or related experience in lieu of degree.
• ERP experience with MPS, MRP, DRP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules using JDE planning systems.
• Balance inventory with warehouse capacity to meet demand and control costs.
• Review sales trends and inventory data to forecast raw material needs.
• Coordinate with S&OP, warehouse and facility teams on inventory targets.
• Track KPIs such as production adherence and yield.
• Communicate with customer service and facilities to address issues.
• Support promotional planning and proactive schedule changes.
• Travel to other locations for training as needed; keep safety at the forefront.
