Vitesse Systems is seeking a Materials & Inventory Coordinator in Harbor City, CA to support material planning, inventory control, receiving, and kitting for production.

You will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate materials to meet production schedules, and monitor shortages while maintaining labeling, traceability, and ERP updates. Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain is preferred. ITAR/EAR compliance and security awareness are essential aspects of this role.

Formación

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory accuracy, material availability, and kitting operations to support production.
• Manage daily WIP transactions, count and reconcile parts, update ERP and related systems.
• Receive incoming materials, verify against POs, route to correct locations, and prepare shipments.
• Track shortages and communicate material risks to planning/production.
