Job summary

Vitesse Systems in Harbor City, California is seeking a Materials & Inventory Coordinator to support material planning, inventory control, receiving, tracking, and coordination of materials for production and operations.

You will manage daily WIP, update ERP and PSS, pull and kit components, monitor shortages, and ensure accurate labeling and traceability. 1–5 years of experience and an associate or bachelor’s degree are preferred; ITAR/EAR compliance may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, kitting, receiving and ERP/PSS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and material availability to support production.
• Manage WIP transactions and reconcile parts against travelers.
• Pull, kit, and stage components for production orders.
• Receive incoming materials, verify against PO, and route to correct locations.
• Monitor shortages and communicate material risks to planning.
• Update ERP and PSS with quantities and locations; ensure labeling and traceability.
