Job summary

Novanta Inc. is seeking a FT Production Control Clerk in Apex, NC to organize production flow and ensure timely calibration readiness. You will conduct quality checks on parts from assembly, manage order shipments, and coordinate with sales, planning and production teams to meet delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems and order flow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Check sales order shipment schedules daily and verify parts.
• Review shop floor work orders to support demand and ship dates.
• Perform final inspections for assembled and calibrated work orders.
• Maintain FT Kanban inventory to support sales orders.
• Interface with Production, Engineering, Inventory Control and Shipping on demands.
• Prepare FT sensors for calibration and labeling.
