Novanta Inc. is seeking a Production Planning professional to determine material specifications, maintain inventory schedules, and coordinate with internal teams while managing external stakeholder relations.

The role focuses on complex fulfillment, production plans, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a business/technical field (or equivalent) and 2+ years in manufacturing or production planning, with APICS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production and fulfillment plans.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Customer Care, Sales and Product Management.
• Review and adjust plans per manufacturing schedules.
• Analyze inventory reports and EOQ opportunities.
• Expedite finished goods to support customer orders.
• Collaborate on production and transportation decisions in stock/out-of-stock scenarios.
• Balance external and internal customer requirements.
