Job summary

The role requires electro-mechanical assembly or troubleshooting experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, read diagrams, and operate Windows-based test software and ERP systems. A high school diploma is required, with postsecondary education preferred.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical assembly skills.
• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with calibrated equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pound weights.
• Ability to read and interpret various forms of documentation including assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience navigating ERP systems and viewing PDFs.
• Ability to operate custom test software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and inspections on components, products and systems as part of the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and product performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with products and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Light assembly of tooling setup.
• Test and calibrate force/torque sensor systems.
• Lift and hang calibration weights per scripted calibration program.
• Record results for each sensor system.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve calibration issues.
• Recommend changes in processes or equipment for engineering review.
• Interact with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.
• Maintain production machines and equipment, keep work floor clean and safe.
