Responsibilities

• Schedules all shift work to meet SLAs and optimize throughput.
• Develops and controls production schedules per customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily scheduling reports to predict production levels.
• Optimizes changeover, labor, and equipment usage for efficiency.
• Supports resource planning with data and analysis.
• Notifies supervisor of issues impacting workflow promptly.
• Reports daily production needs and completions.
• Provides direction and retraining to insure efficiency.
• Works with production management to resolve issues and data requests.
• Monitors work and makes adjustments to maximize machine and staff efficiency.
