Responsibilities include monitoring WIP, chasing critical lots, sustaining throughput, and collaborating with Material Planning and Line Scheduling teams. Requires GED/HS diploma; BA or ongoing studies preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree or ongoing studies preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong written communication and teamwork abilities.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Salary: USD25 - USD28 per hour

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Production Control professional for a semiconductor manufacturing company located in Leominster, MA. This is a long-term temporary position with an ASAP start date. The role is essential for supporting manufacturing line-scheduling and material planning, ensuring the smooth flow of work-in-progress (WIP) across the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing line-scheduling and material planning.
• Monitor WIP across the production floor.
• Provide coverage needed to chase critical lots and sustain throughput of the factory.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and Line Scheduling teams for optimal production flow.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Tableau, and CAMSTAR is preferred.
• GED or High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree or ongoing studies is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong ability to write effective correspondence.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Additional Information:

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Salary: $25-$28 per hour
• Company Benefits: Company holiday break during Christmas week and New Year's week.
