Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
• Strong understanding of Planning for a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across departments.

Position Overview

This long-term temporary position requires an immediate start and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to meeting customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Generate build plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate new customer orders to achieve desired shipment dates.
• Collaborate effectively with production control, shipping, purchasing, customer service, and quality teams.
• Address and resolve issues that may prevent on-time shipment of customer orders.
• Communicate updates to customers regarding changes in expected shipment dates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
• Strong understanding of Planning for a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard procurement software tools.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Required Work Hours

Monday-Friday, 6:0 AM - 2:30 PM. The company observes a holiday break during Christmas week and New Year's week.

$35-$38 per hour.
