Kinetic Personnel Group in El Monte, CA, is hiring a Production Control Clerk to support production planning and MRP data integrity on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis.

You will prepare production documentation, review reports, enter data in the MRP/ERP system, and coordinate with manufacturing teams to keep schedules and reporting on track.

Qualifications

Production Control Clerk – Location: El Monte, CA – Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour – Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Clerk to join a growing manufacturing company in El Monte. This role is responsible for supporting production operations by maintaining accurate production documentation, updating MRP data, and coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure production schedules and reporting remain on track. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of production control processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble production documentation, including work orders, routers, travelers, and engineering drawings.
• Review and maintain production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Typing speed of approximately 40 WPM or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• APICS CPIM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required.
