Qualifications

Stockroom Associate

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join a reputable semiconductor manufacturing company in Leominster, Massachusetts. This long-term temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on inventory management and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify part numbers in the new ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Create new part numbers for materials and goods not currently captured in the existing ERP system.
• Establish physical and virtual warehouse locations within the new system architecture.
• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to identify untracked materials and ensure complete data capture.
• Maintain organized records of all data entry and location assignments for audit purposes.
• Report data inconsistencies or inventory discrepancies to project leads in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with ERP systems (data entry or administration) preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management, warehousing, or cycle counting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to work independently and follow established data entry protocols.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

• ASAP start.
• Company holiday break during Christmas week and New Year's week.
• Compensation: $20 per hour.
