Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent Spare Parts Inventory Specialist for a semiconductor manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. The role is long-term temporary and starts ASAP, with responsibilities spanning master data updates, part-number documentation, and efficient stockroom organization.

You will work with ERP systems (SAP), CMMS, and Excel to manage parts data, inventories, and supplier information, ensuring accuracy and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, maintenance, or trades.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Familiarity with supplier data management and procurement, supply chain management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-department collaboration (engineering, procurement, master data).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate digital databases.
• Proficient in Excel including functions, VBA, pivot tables and queries; with procurement software tools.
• Previous startup stockroom setup experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent Spare Parts Inventory Specialist for a semiconductor manufacturing company located in Leominster, Massachusetts. This is a long-term temporary position, offering an opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. The role starts ASAP and will require a proactive individual to manage spare parts inventory efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Update Master Data Loader for Spare Parts.
• Identify and document Hardware Part #'s Descriptions, Model Numbers, and OEM part #'s Descriptions and Models.
• Sort and organize inventory by equipment.
• Research hardware to obtain all relevant information.
• Navigate and update SAP PIO.
• Set inventory to stockroom level by creating a storage system with location addresses.
• Manage and create complex Excel sheets.

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Company holiday break on Christmas week and New Year's week.

$22-$25 per hour
