Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Leominster, MA is seeking a Production Planner to create build plans, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet customer demands. You will coordinate new orders with production control, shipping, purchasing, customer service, and quality teams to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires strong planning skills, ERP experience, and excellent communication. Monday–Friday schedule applies with a long-term temporary assignment and ASAP start in a semiconductor manufacturing

Salary: USD35 - USD38 per hour

Long Term Temporary

Semiconductor manufacturing company in Leominster, MA

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Company holiday break on Christmas week and New Years week

$35-$38 per hour

Detail-oriented planner to generate build plans, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet customer demands. In this role, you will coordinate new customer orders to ensure we achieve desired shipment dates while collaborating with production control, shipping, purchasing, customer service, and quality teams. You will own helping to resolve any issues that occur which prevent on time shipments of customer orders and or updating customers to changes in expected shipment dates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management
• Strong understanding of Planning for a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and standard procurement software tool
• Background Check and Drug Screen
• High School Diploma or GED
