BonnaVilla, a brand of Chief Industries in Aurora, Nebraska, is seeking a part-time Production Skills Trainer to develop workforce capabilities in a modern modular home manufacturing facility.

You will train staff on equipment operation, methods, processes, and safety, ensure compliance with safety standards, and assess training needs to improve performance while upholding all safety practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction and manufacturing.
• Experience developing workforce skills and training programs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Production skills trainer is a part-time position that is responsible for developing workforce skills, ensuring safety compliance, and improving employee performance in a manufactured construction environment.
