Description

Rework defects, perform line and yard changes and correct material shortages in accordance with required specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the required procedures of reworking defects, performing line or yard changes and correct material shortages.
• Understanding of blue prints, production orders and the ability to layout and build product accurately.
• Use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job.
• Prep work areas when needed including prepping windows before texture/paint and remove covers when done.
• Sand and touch up drywall.
• Required to learn basic pain pump maintenance.
• Application of interior paint by spray and roller methods
• Pull paper covering off of floor and clean the unit before it leaves the building.
• Water proof shower if needed.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.

Qualifications

Experience

Will be required to layout product accurately based on the blueprints

Knowledge of the reading of a tape measure and blueprints.

Construction experience & the use of a large variety of construction tools is required
