Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Production Associate in Fort Wayne, IN. This on-site, full-time role supports the ongoing growth of our pool component manufacturing operations.

The position offers competitive pay ($20.18–$21.57/hour with a $1 shift premium for 2nd shift) and opportunities for skilled individuals to contribute to a safe, team-driven environment. You will train with experienced leaders, perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, and help ensure quality while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team, independently, and with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climb for 8–12-hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train with leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing tasks.
• Work on a team manufacturing pool components.
• Shift Schedule: M-F 2:00pm – 10:30pm; overtime may be required.

We are looking for skilled individuals with great work ethics and excellent work history to help the ongoing growth of Latham Pool Products.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing pool components
• Shift Schedule: M-F 2:00pm – 10:30pm overtime mandatory

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climbing above floor level, reaching overhead, lifting overhead, for 8–12-hour shifts,
• Able to lift ap to 50 lbs.
