Job summary

Latham Pool Products seeks a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Scotia, NY. No experience is required—training is provided—and reliability and a hands-on approach are highly valued.

You will learn from skilled leaders, work safely, and contribute to producing pool liners, covers, and components on a collaborative team focused on quality. Evening shifts and occasional Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Physical ability to perform 8–10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

A little about the position:

Latham Pool Products makes swimming pool liners and covers. We are a manufacturing facility and are looking to fill several Production Associate positions.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

What You Bring to the Table:

• No experience needed, will train. Experience highly regarded.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for8-10 hourshifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliabletransportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed - including Saturdays

Location: 706 Corporation Park, Scotia, NY 12302

Employment Type: On-site

Status: Full time

Shift: 2nd, Monday – Friday, 3pm until 11:30pm

Salary: $22.77 + $1.14 shift difference= $23.91 per hour

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
