Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Production Associate to support the ongoing growth of our pool production. You will contribute to a team, perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-site work with shift hours Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, plus overtime during peak season; starting pay is $21.07 per hour and our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and handle hands-on tasks.
• Willingness to learn machine operation and use hand tools.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled individuals with great work ethics and excellent work history to help the ongoing growth of Latham Pool Products.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing pool components
• Shift Schedule: M-F 6:00 am to 2:30pm overtime mandatory including Saturdays in season

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climbing above floor level, reaching overhead, lifting overhead, for 8–12-hour shifts,
• Able to lift ap to 50 lbs.
