Job summary

Latham Pool Products in Scotia, NY is hiring a Production Associate for our manufacturing facility that produces pool liners and components. You will train with experienced leaders and join a team committed to quality and safety. Work is 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.

You will learn to operate machines, use hand tools, and contribute to efficient, safe production with 8–10 hour shifts and occasional overtime. Starting pay is $24.48 per hour including the shift differential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Able to learn to operate machines and use hand tools.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Latham Pool Products makes swimming pool liners and covers. We are a manufacturing facility and are looking to fill several Production Associate positions

Some of What You Will Do:

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

• No experience needed, will train. Experience highly regarded.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-10 hours shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed - including Saturdays

Employment Type: On-site

Shift: 3 rd , Sunday-Thursday, 11pm until 7:30am

Salary: $22.77 + $1.71 shift difference= $24.48 per hour

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
