Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Suwanee, GA is hiring a Production Associate to support ongoing pool component manufacturing. You will train with experienced leaders and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

The role requires teamwork, physical stamina to work 8–12 hour shifts, and the ability to learn to operate machines and hand tools. On-site position with evening shifts and seasonal Saturday overtime.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team, independently, and with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12 hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled individuals with great work ethics and excellent work history to help the ongoing growth of Latham Pool Products.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing pool components
• Shift Schedule: M-F 2:30pm - 11:00pm overtime mandatory including Saturdays in season

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climbing above floor level, reaching overhead, lifting overhead, for 8-12-hour shifts,
• Able to lift ap to 50 lbs.

Employment Type: On-site

Status: Full-time

Salary Range: $21.07 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift = $22.07

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
