Job summary

Grain Millers, Inc. is seeking Production Staff for a swing shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.) in Eugene, Oregon. The role focuses on safe production, packaging 50‑lb bags, and following GMP and food-safety procedures.

Candidates should be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, read/write/speak English, and be able to lift 50 lb. Forklift experience and teamwork are a plus, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lb bags.
• Some food-industry experience is a plus; must read/write/speak English.
• Forklift experience is a plus; team environment ability required.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Package and stack finished production bags (50lb) neatly.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Procedures.
• Take and follow instructions from team leaders.
• Utilize computers to complete production tasks.
• Operate a forklift with on-the-job training.
