Grain Millers, Inc. is hiring Production Staff for the night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) in Eugene, Oregon. The company highlights 35+ years with no layoffs and opportunities for training and advancement.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $1.50 differential, plus quarterly bonuses, 401(k) with up to 6% match, health insurance (dental and vision), life and disability insurance, eight paid holidays, and two weeks of PTO. Join our team to contribute to a safe, efficient production area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to meet the physical demands of moving and stacking 50 lb bags.
• Some experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training provided on the job.
• Must work well in a team environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Package and stack finished production bags (50 lb & 25 lb) neatly.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Procedures; training provided.
• Take and follow instructions from team leaders.
• Use computers to complete production tasks as needed.
• Operate a forklift when required; training provided on the job.
