Grain Millers, Inc. is hiring Production Staff for the night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) in Eugene, Oregon. The company highlights 35+ years with no layoffs and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to meet the physical demands of moving and stacking 50 lb bags.
• Some experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training provided on the job.
• Must work well in a team environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Package and stack finished production bags (50 lb & 25 lb) neatly.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Procedures; training provided.
• Take and follow instructions from team leaders.
• Use computers to complete production tasks as needed.
• Operate a forklift when required; training provided on the job.

Grain Millers, Inc. is a leading provider of whole grain ingredients used in cereals, breads, bars, snacks and many other food products throughout North America. Proudly we have had no layoffs in our 35+ year history. Currently we are looking for Production Staff to work Monday thru Friday. Once you are a part of the Grain Millers team there is always opportunity for training and advancement within the company.

We are currently hiring for Night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)

Pay and Benefits

Job Responsibilities Include

• Help maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Package and stack finished production bags (50lb & 25lb bags) in a neat and organized manner.
• Understanding and following all required Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Procedures. Training will be provided.
• Ability to take and follow instruction from team leaders.
• Some utilization of computers to complete necessary production tasks.
• Ability to drive a forklift. Training is provided on the job.

Essential Qualifications

• Must 18 years or older with High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical demand of the job including moving and stacking 50lb bags for prolonged periods of time.
• Some experience in the food industry a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Grain Millers is a drug free workplace all individuals must report to work fit for duty. Must be able to pass company paid drug test excluding THC. Separate THC swab test with up to 48-hour prior use results will be conducted prior to job offer.
