Accelera in Chesapeake, VA, seeks Production Associates to join our facility and support the creation of essential financial materials. You will operate printing and sorting equipment to produce items such as insurance cards, loyalty programs, and bank statements.

Role requires attention to detail, physical stamina to stand most of shift, and willingness to work weekends or overtime. We offer on-the-job training and pathway to a long-term career in a high-demand industry.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for data entry and navigation.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to stand 95% of shift and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed machinery to print, organize, and prepare vital documentation and cards.
• Insert forms into envelopes, tag cards, and ready mail for distribution.
• Use presorting tech to identify damaged mail and trigger reprints.
• Ensure batch integrity by loading materials, inspecting quality, and verifying against tickets.
• Support team to meet production, safety, and quality goals; participate in cross-training.
